We can provide private displays and experiences at a venue of your choice or at our falconry, if it’s a birthday party, anniversary a wedding or any other special occasion, we can tailor to suit your requirements.

EDUCATIONAL VISITS
A visit with our birds of prey to your school nursery or college can be arranged bringing your students education more to life. We can give an informative talk on a variety of subjects from the flight of birds to the nocturnal hunters of the night their habitat or just a general talk. We can adapt the content of the talk to the age group that we are addressing. The students will be given the opportunity to handle some of the birds.
FALCONRY TALKS
We can visit your club or society. Bringing some of our birds for an informal talk on falconry, giving your members and guests an insight into the magical world of birds of prey in your area and farther afield, their methods of hunting and how they live in the wild. A wide variety of topics on raptors can be covered. Alternatively why not come and visit us at Fir Tree falconry where the talk can be conducted in our cosy falconry lodge over looking the picturesque valley, also giving you the opportunity to have a tour of our wonderful birds in there aviaries. Drinks and light refreshments can also be provided.
RETIREMENT & NURSING HOMES
Our birds of prey can be brought to your residential home to give your clients a close encounter with our birds. Watch your clients faces light up with pleasure at the sight of these beautiful animals. From kestrels to owls they will be delighted to be close to them. We have visited many residential homes and have found the residents quite stimulated by the experience.
CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Why not do something that little bit different this year and give your child’s birthday party that WOW factor. Come along to Fir Tree Falconry where we have a large lodge for the birthday party to start in. Included is a tour of the falconry, a flying display and the chance to handle some of our amazing birds, we can also put on some ferret racing. A fun packed couple of hours. We also have ample grass space outside the falconry for children to be children. Food and drink can be supplied by yourselves or we can supply at an extra cost. Complimentary drinks available for adult helpers. As Fir Tree Falconry is situated in its own picturesque valley and not near any public roads it is the ideal place for that ultimate children’s party. We can also attend your party with a variety of birds.
FETES, SHOWS & OUTDOOR EVENTS
Fir Tree Falconry can provide a static display for your event with a selection of birds of prey from around the world. These wonderful displays will give your guests/visitors the opportunity to get up close, with the chance to have one of these beautiful creatures on there gloved hand. An exciting and interactive experience for any generation. Photo opportunities galore. The experienced falconer will be more than happy to share her knowledge and answer any questions and give information on various bird of prey topics. A very popular event to have at your show, fete, corporate event, wedding or any special occasion.
CORPORATE EVENTS
If you are planning a team building experience day, or family fun day, we can come along to your chosen location with a variety of birds giving you the opportunity of a hand’s on experience for your guests. We can also incorporate archery into your event. Fir Tree Falconry have the experience and facilities to hold your event at there premises if so wished.
WEDDINGS
Make your special day a truly amazing day to remember.Captivate your guests by having a variety of birds of prey from around the world visit you at your wedding venue, whether a static display or a flying display they are sure to have your guests entertained, filling that space after the ceremony. Giving them the opportunity to handle some of our wonderful birds. It is a perfect chance for those unforgettable wedding day photographs. We are also available for evening receptions.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographic days are run throughout the year. For more details refer to the experience page. Fir Tree Falconry can either visit your photography club or society with a selection of birds of prey, or you can come to the falconry where we have spectacular scenery to take those perfect shots. We can accommodate small or large groups.
FILM &TV WORK
Our birds have been used and worked in various films, documentaries, commercials, advertising and art work. Why not hire one of our falconers and birds to be involved in your project.
